At our restaurant, which specialises in traditional cuisine, we take pride in showcasing local produce, offering typical dishes from Lazio and the Ciociaria region. We carefully select our ingredients, prioritising locally sourced and organic produce, and we do not use palm oil, palm kernel oil or rapeseed oil. The menu is rounded off with international dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. At the table, the hotel’s official water is the renowned Acqua Fiuggi from our own springs.
